Marcus Deller, Owner

Marcus started Servo Garage Doors Gilbert in 2015 after years of watching repair companies quote one number over the phone and a different one at the door. He built the business around a written-price rule that eventually became Clause 1 of The Haven Standard. He still rides along on calls when the schedule gets tight, which means you might get the owner himself standing in your driveway explaining why your torsion spring snapped at the coil. He’ll name the part, give you the range, and hand you a flat written price before anything gets unbolted. That’s the whole point.

Eddie R., Lead Technician

Eddie’s been with Servo since 2017 and has seen just about every failure an Arizona summer can produce. His specialty is torsion spring replacement on heavy custom doors, and he can usually tell you what’s wrong from the sound a door makes when it opens, if it opens at all. He’s certified on LiftMaster and Chamberlain opener systems and carries parts for all eight major brands we service. When he’s not working, he’s coaching his son’s little league team out in Power Ranch. Good luck getting him to stop talking about either topic.

Luis M., Senior Installer

Luis handles full door installations and is the guy we send when a homeowner wants a door that’ll stand up to monsoon season without rattling. He’s been installing garage doors in the East Valley for eleven years, and he’ll tell you the real secret to a quiet door is in the hinges and the balance, not the opener. He’s Wayne Dalton and Amarr factory-trained and keeps a digital caliper on his belt so he can measure spring wire diameter on-site before quoting a replacement. Priya is the voice on the phone when you call our Gilbert line, and she’s been dispatching for Servo for nearly five years. She knows the schedule, the parts inventory on each truck, and which technician is closest to your neighborhood when you call. If it’s an emergency, you’ll get a named technician and an on-the-way text before she hangs up, not a callback window. Her grandmother lives in the same Gilbert house Priya grew up in, and she’ll talk HOA rules with you if you need a door that passes review.
